The order was not placed until Wednesday this week as I was awaiting confirmation as to why you would need more purple poly when I have already move origins. This appears to be a simple case of miscommunication, which has however promote delayed delivery on swatches, which have high quantities of customer o rders. I have placed a buffer stock order (! 20 packs) for you to suffer on site for the next few weeks as the sight of Unbranded swatches is currently high, we want to quiz to reduce the delays as much as possible. Also, can I suggest including the poly requirements along with the fabric requirements on the quote for the future.
